Greetings!
It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell/trade your personal World of Warcraft account(s).
As you may or may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement.
If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled. It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard Entertainment's employees.
If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account ownership. If the information is deemed accurate, the investigation will be dropped.
This action is taken because we at Blizzard Entertainment take these sales quite seriously. We need to confirm you are the original owner of the account.
This is easiest done by confirming your personal information along with concealed information about your account.
You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account by replying to this email with:

Ok seriously, your BS meter should have gone off right away. BAD spam, delete, do not respond. I think you said that in vent so cool, but for anyone else who gets this, just toss it ASAP...

Seriously, Blizz doesn't need your password to access your account. Its pretty sad that people fall for this shit. No common sense... (That's not directed at you, Crual, just a general comment)

Keeping your password information confidential is of the utmost importance. We suggest that you do not share your password with anyone, and Blizzard Entertainment representatives will NEVER ask you for your password. Anyone who knows your password is free to access your games as well as your personal information through the Account Management page.

Seriously, if you get hacked -- I won't feel bad for you. At all.
My BS meter did go off, but so did the chill-down-the-back-of-the-spine meter too. I just posted it just to be safe.
I'd recommend forwarding this to blizzard and telling them the email address you got this from. Might help them a bit.
Too late, deleted it already
sadly there's not much even blizz can do. Its a complete lie and an illegal scam. However, they won't ever be caught because email addresses aren't copyrighted and it would be impossible to trace an IP to the address anyway. Also I don't know if you have noticed but generally the only way to contact blizzard with information is through their web forms and not through emails. They have email addresses to send stuff to but they almost always redirect you to webforms on the site or in game GM system (and not in-game mail).
