while 3.3 definitely isnt done. They are close they have tested all but 1 wing which has only 2 bosses left. Probably another month.

3.3 is not even near done on testing, they have atleast 5-6 more bosses atleast. As for Bears being the best tank for Brutallus, we didn't use a druid. Well, we did one time and decided he should go healing. We used me and a warrior tank.

Yet a bear was still pretty much best for Brutallus with the giant health pool and ridiculous Dodge levels pre nerf. I could hit 70% passive ... radiance wasn't even a problem. :P

Last week, Fortis was able to complete the Glory of the Ulduar Raider by completing the last required meta: One Light in the Darkness.
